Where It All Began
Back in 2018, I remember sitting in that cramped coffee shop near King Koti Road, watching aspiring journalists struggle to find their footing in an increasingly competitive media landscape. The disconnect between academic learning and real-world journalism skills was glaring.
What started as informal mentoring sessions for a handful of journalism students quickly grew into something much bigger. We realized that traditional career guidance wasn't cutting it anymore - people needed practical, industry-focused development that actually prepared them for modern media challenges.
The early days weren't easy. We operated out of a small office space, often working late into the night to create content that would genuinely help people advance their careers. But seeing that first batch of participants land meaningful journalism roles made every sleepless night worth it.
